About the show
The 2025 Flamenc-ON edition begins with one of the most remarkable shows in Flamenco: A Tribute to Manolo Sanlúcar. This powerful performance embodies the quality that the great master from Sanlúcar deserves, showcasing the personality, identity, and cultural value that Flamenco contributes to the arts.
On stage, you’ll find a renowned group of Flamenco performers, including Israel Galván, Eva Yerbabuena, Marina Heredia, Pasión Vega, Los Mellis, Naike Ponce, Carmen Molina, and Carmen Linares. Joining them are the guitars of Juan Carlos Romero and José Antonio Rodríguez, the percussion of Pakito González, and Antonio Dechent reading the writings of the great master of Sanlúcar. Don’t miss this unforgettable tribute to an extraordinary musician!
The show will be directed by Juan Carlos Romero, artistic director of the Manolo Sanlúcar Aura Seguros Foundation, and will present a theatrical interpretation of the Maestro’s most iconic works. The notes of Medea and Tauromagia will resonate within the unparalleled setting of the Palau de la Música Catalana, bringing flamenco to every corner of the world.
